patch windows movie maker 2018

How do I update my Windows Movie Maker? I found some videos that they are using Windows Movie Maker, but with a different layout than mine. But Windows Movie Maker is now discontinued, is there anyway I can download the like-new Windows Movie Maker? Moved from Windows 7 This thread is locked.
